Disappointed because the personalized message of my order was not transcribed which, for a gift, is rather regrettable. I don't know if I'd recommend it, especially as the delivery time was quite long due to the shortage of the model (a shortage not indicated at the time of purchase but only afterwards in a separate e-mail). In short, the knife complies but the service is disappointing.

The knife was delivered on time and it looks very nice, the engraving on the handle is also very beautiful. I can't comment on the quality as it was a gift and I'm not familiar with knives. The only thing to criticize is that the parcel was simply left on my doorstep and not delivered to the parcel store as I had requested. With a knife costing just under €300, it would have been really stupid if it had been lost or stolen on the doorstep.

I went to this store because I have made many purchases there. Always satisfied. It's a shame that the sommelier ordered is shown in stock on the site when it is not. The gift could not be delivered for the expected date. Nevertheless very good reactivity of the site and nice gift voucher sent immediately.

They responded very kindly to my subsequent order and added it to the package of the first order. Unfortunately, the postage costs are very high. The assembly instructions are not really usable: the translated text is incomprehensible and the exploded drawing did not belong to my knife. It goes without saying that a do-it-yourself kit should also include the necessary tools. How am I supposed to know which of the individual tools on offer I will need? A mini bottle of wood oil would be nice!

A magnificent knife, very well made, I can feel that it was made with love for a job well done. One small downside, it wasn't sharpened. I claimed Whit Sunday by e-mail, and on Whit Monday, Monsieur Durand replied to my e-mail and sent me a link to edit a return slip. It's remarkable that they took the time to follow up my complaint on a public holiday.
I'd like to point out that this is an exceptional achievement by a person who is totally committed to his company and respectful of his customers. I recommend this company and its website, you can buy with confidence. I thank Mr Honoré Durant and his team and I will order from them again, another or other exceptional knives. Bravo continue like this to make us magnificent pieces and to pamper your customers.

Slight difficulty between the account holder's home address, billing address and delivery address... We can greatly improve ergonomics by automatically setting the account holder's address as the billing and delivery address (boxes checked), and the customer only has to uncheck what he wants to change... when he unchecks, the site suggests entering a new address. I got what I wanted, but the translation into German is not the best... I find it a great pity that the translation of the selection for special requests leaves a lot to be desired... There would certainly be more extras ordered by German customers if it were more accurately and clearly translated and described. But otherwise a TOP SHOP!
