A bit surprised by your opinion following our various email exchanges, the last one from me, more than explicit, here is my response below.
Regarding the delay, we took 7 working days to manufacture, ship, and deliver the knife to you, this was at the beginning of May amidst weekends and public holidays.

The knife you chose:
- Is not presented as being under IG on our website: https://www.layole.com/fr/lames-traditionnelles-carbone-xc75/1515-laguiole-pliant-12-cm-abeille-forgee-lame-carbone-et-tire-bouchon-mitres-inox-mat-manche-pointe-de-corne.html
- It is not in the clearly separated and identified category of knives under IG
- It is a model with a XC75 carbon blade:
• That we rarely sell and less and less
• As a result, to this day, we have prioritized the manufacturing of stainless steel blades under IG that we sell much more than the old XC75 carbon blades that we sell very little and less and less

This being specified, I confirm to you (as already mentioned in my previous email) that your knife is manufactured in our workshops (in Laguiole – Aveyron).
