Hello Madam, Thank you for your message. The handles of our forged bee range are systematically made from 7 mm thick wooden plates; the thickness of the plates is then adapted (at each end of the handle) to the height of the bolsters, which are thinner; consequently, the thickness only remains in the middle of the knife and the curve is thus obtained between the thinner part towards the bolsters and the thicker part towards the middle of the handle. Very original idea for fans of the brand and DIY enthusiasts. The description is a bit confusing, with/without engraving, etc. I clicked on 'kit' and was taken to another page. Validation very easy, payment reliable, order ready the day after my order! delivery as fast as possible and often informed! Top packaging, well protected and my kit is gift-wrapped! I ordered 2 knives with engravings the knives are beautiful, nice finish the engraving is nice but could be darker. the general packaging is very solid on the other hand the packaging of the knife should be a little more elaborate like (cardboard box presentation) especially that these two knives will be gifts the packaging received is not chic at all!!!!

One of the worst customer services I know! Incorrect information about the delivery date is given on the homepage. When I ordered, I was told 1-3 days with express delivery. After ordering I receive an e-mail with a delivery in 8-10 days. Spent over 50 euros on express delivery for nothing. Customer service does not recognize any mistakes. Ordered there last time. If you could give 0 stars, I would. I will never order from such a fraudulent company again, even though I have already spent over 3000 euros on their products!

Hello Sir, Thank you for your opinion and rating; it's not easy to reply to your rather subjective criticisms, but I'll try: - regarding the blade, you've used the new 14C28 steel, which we didn't make ten years ago; in terms of the feel of the edge, it may seem less effective, but it cuts better and also lasts longer after sharpening; so we'll have to see in the long term - regarding the fact that it's less attractive, you didn't have this model of knife before... because we haven't changed anything since we made the model you bought.... because we haven't changed a thing since we started making the model you bought - as for the price, it has indeed changed in ten years ...
