One of the worst customer services I know! Incorrect information about the delivery date is given on the homepage. When I ordered, I was told 1-3 days with express delivery. After ordering I receive an e-mail with a delivery in 8-10 days. Spent over 50 euros on express delivery for nothing. Customer service does not recognize any mistakes. Ordered there last time. If you could give 0 stars, I would. I will never order from such a fraudulent company again, even though I have already spent over 3000 euros on their products!

Hello, Thank you for your review and opinion on our website and our service. I will come back to the sequence of events: - on SUNDAY 24/11/2019 at 05H11, you order for 1,131.65 euros (and not for 3,000 euros) - on Monday 25/11/2019 at 09:04 we process your order.
- on Monday 25.11.2019 at 12:27 we put it into production by informing you at the same time by e-mail about this production process with a production time of 8 to 12 days (you confirm that you have received this information) - the package leaves for you on Thursday 28.11.2019 at Fedex (3 working days after your order) - the package will be delivered to you by Fedex on Friday 29.11.2019 at 13:45 - on 09.12.2019 (10 days after delivery.......) contact us to express your deep dissatisfaction....... and ask us for a refund of the order and shipping costs; we of course accept on the goods, but we refuse to refund the shipping costs, hence your very negative evaluation and your deep dissatisfaction. Hello Sir, Thank you for your opinion and rating; it's not easy to reply to your rather subjective criticisms, but I'll try: - regarding the blade, you've used the new 14C28 steel, which we didn't make ten years ago; in terms of the feel of the edge, it may seem less effective, but it cuts better and also lasts longer after sharpening; so we'll have to see in the long term - regarding the fact that it's less attractive, you didn't have this model of knife before... because we haven't changed anything since we made the model you bought.... because we haven't changed a thing since we started making the model you bought - as for the price, it has indeed changed in ten years ... I wish you good use of it and don't hesitate to come and have it sharpened and maintained. Yours sincerely Honoré Durand
