Excellent service. I purchased a knife kit which was shipped and received very quickly. Upon receipt I noticed a defect on the blade. I reported the problem and a replacement blade was sent the next day. Couldn't be better! Thanks to the people from Aveyron!

Good evening Sir, Thank you for your opinion and rating; with all our apologies for this error on our part; you omit to specify that the person you spoke to on the phone offered to send you the knife corresponding to your order without waiting for your return; with the essential aim that you have the knife well before Christmas (we were Tuesday December 18 at 09H15 and therefore well enough lead time to have it within a short week (postal delivery in 48H00).
