This is the 4th knife I've ordered and the 1st I've bought on the spot. They are magnificent and the order is fast and very serious. For me, this is the best cutlery. The "Laguiole" folding knives offered by Honoré Durand are of excellent quality, the choice is wide and everyone will find THE knife of their choice (a "must have"). The site is pleasant and well illustrated, however the navigation seems to me could be improved, especially in the case of an optional choice when ordering. I also appreciated the related aspects around the Laguiole (historical, regional, use, ...).
