top mad in french : received a day late ( compared to the date given by the carrier )<br />the knife arrived well, very good workmanship good finish ( see very good )<br />it's a shame that the quality card, is not very nice ( and arrives folded ) it would be a plus <br />but the knife itself is top, the engraving blade nice ( but I have a doubt about its durability ) but not very legible<br />well ok I'm honest if not very critical <br />that said it's still a beautiful knife well from us and it's top.

Excellent product and web catalog, but packaging to be reviewed. Hello. The knives are as expected. Communication during purchase and package tracking is perfect. But the parcel is "over" packed. The whole box was wrapped in adhesive tape and even taking my time I couldn't find a "civilized" way to open it. Of course the parcel has to be well protected, but the experience of opening it is part of the pleasure of the purchase (example Apple products and Amazon shipments). I will recommend your site. Good but not excellent: The knife I ordered is well finished, but I would have liked even more attention to detail. Especially for a laguillole. What's more, I'd specified that it was for a gift, so there could have been a little extra box. But overall I'm satisfied.
