Repairing an old Laguiole: My bull's head Laguiole is old, the spring ended up breaking. <br />I contacted and emailed photos to Honoré Durand cutlery. The same day, I received a very clear and precise reply on how to send my knife for repair.<br />Two weeks later, I've just received it.<br />It's as good as new! Beautiful workmanship on an antique knife, which I've owned for over thirty years and hold dear to my heart.<br />What's more, this repair cost me next to nothing (postage only), which is no mean feat.<br />I'm very satisfied with your cutlery, and I wanted to let you know and thank you very much for your work, your diligence and the friendliness of the people with whom I've exchanged e-mails.<br />Cordially

excellent products: Fast delivery and superbly packaged. A very effective whetstone and a belt holster that looks strong. It remains to be seen whether it will hold up over time. One small drawback is that the website doesn't give much detail about the knife sizes associated with the storage sheaths. So I took a bit of a guess but I got it right....<br />Very high quality knives (2 bought recently) with a new blade whose alloy seems to be made to last.
