Hello to date I have not received my order. .. I am dissatisfied with colissimo too expensive and sometimes in does not warn of their passage. I prefer relay koala or other ... This is the last time I order from you .... and this is my 3rd order.

We take good note of it, but it's a shame to blame us for the poor quality of the Post Office's service. For our part, you ordered on 13/12 at 10H44, the parcel left the next day Thursday 14/12; I think that our service in relation to your order was exemplary. I've just seen that the parcel will be delivered to you today. Finally, please note that we also offer Chronopost on our website, but also that we are in the countryside and that Koala-like services are non-existent for the collection of our parcels. My only problem was the delivery email was in French , and as we live in Australia and unable to speak or read French this caused a problem
