Hello Mr. Letzelter, I would like to put things in their context; just after the purchase, you called us to demand that we send you the invoice corresponding to your purchase; we tried to explain to you that we were doing this on the day of the shipment of the package but you needed it right away; in the face of your frantic insistence, we therefore sent you an invoice; where it clearly stated, and thus before shipment, that you had ordered a set of two knives. After receiving the package, you called us insulting us and calling us thieves; we offered you to return the set, which you were supposed to do but to this day we still have not received it back; we explained to you that it was you who had chosen and selected the option of a set of two knives, you did not want to hear anything; this after numerous threats of various kinds from you including recording the phone conversation; we could only reiterate the fact that you should return the set and that it would then be refunded immediately; after various insults and name-calling you hung up on us; this while you wanted to speak to our management and it was them you had on the line; we are not used to and we are not here to be insulted for 15 minutes on the phone. Best wishes and glad that the set meets your expectations and that you have certainly noticed that the error came from you since we have not received it back to this day (02.02.2026; package delivered on 15.01.2026).
