Authenticity, humility and friendliness. I don't know the quality of "La Forge" products, but I've visited Christophe Durand's facilities several times. The website is very well done, and keeps you in touch with this superb company. When you see master craftsmen like Jean-Michel Cayron sharpening your knife in the Laguiole store, these people know how to maintain a certain humility and a contact whose essence is nothing other than passion. Go and see them! And you'll be able to touch the real thing!

Perfect parcel! Excellent delivery time for the holidays! Serious! Although the cost of shipping is very high, delivery time respected, correct packaging, material corresponds to our expectations, serious follow-up, quality material tested the same day! <br />There's nothing to complain about except the high cost of transport (docks as expensive as the order)! <br />Maybe review the urgency or not of the delivery with lower prices.....thanks!

Fast, well processed order: I had no complaints about the order: I was kept fully informed of its progress by e-mail, and it was dispatched very quickly. The only small drawback was the packaging of the knife-making kit: I hadn't asked for a gift pack, as I wanted to see the item before giving it as a present. It was very well protected, but I would have appreciated a box.

Knife presentation disappointment: Very satisfied with the speed with which the order was processed.<br />Very nice knife.<br />Very satisfied with the telephone reception and the information given<br />but although it had been planned to deliver the knife in a box and the possibility of having a free case with the Christmas offer, the knife was delivered in a case (basic) and for a prestige knife it was not adapted, lacking elegance.<br />Hence our disappointment (me the children who offered the knife to their father). Perfectly as ordered: I placed my order on site during a weekend in Laguiole. I was able to choose all the parts of my future knife and even have my bee and the spring design personalized.<br />The production and delivery time was totally respected.<br />The final result is even better than expected.<br />If you have the opportunity to go there, don't hesitate, as the staff is really very friendly.
