Very good, good product corresponding to the description: I ordered the Laguiole kit and received it on time, perfectly packaged.<br />As for assembly, it's not for a novice, it can't be done in 5 minutes, and you need a minimum of tools. Otherwise, the final result is good, it's a Laguiole. The juniper handle was a wise choice: easy to work with and a very pleasant scent! The only (small) disappointment is that the blade doesn't bear the engraving Honoré Durand, which leads me to believe that the parts may have come from elsewhere? But that won't stop me from ordering others to complete my collection, or for a gift, for example.

Your products are perfect... : . . . but your site is complicated. On July 23rd I ordered 2 "all-aluminium" knives on the internet which I received a few days later, no problem (3CT112IM0ASOININO1). On September 25 I placed an additional order for a knife I thought was the same model (1LA112IM0ASM12ALU0) and received a folding knife with a shorter blade. As it suits me for other occasions I'm going to keep it, but I can't find the "way" on your site to order parts identical to my 1st order. Thank you for helping me, best regards.

Very poor quality: the bolsters are welded any way they can be, there's a 5/10 gap between the bolster and the lock. The top of the blade is rough, as is the spring.<br />Even a laguiole made in china is better finished.<br />Buying in kit form should not be synonymous with buying M...E in kit form!!!

Carrier problem: I can't give an opinion because La Poste still hasn't delivered my parcel, even though it was sent by you on July 2nd. After 25€ of shipping costs and 20 days of waiting... It's a real shame, because you were so quick and responsive by e-mail, but the gift I was waiting for still hasn't arrived...

Excellent product and web catalog, but packaging to be reviewed. Hello. The knives are as expected. Communication during purchase and package tracking is perfect. But the parcel is "over" packed. The whole box was wrapped in adhesive tape and even taking my time I couldn't find a "civilized" way to open it. Of course the parcel has to be well protected, but the experience of opening it is part of the pleasure of the purchase (example Apple products and Amazon shipments). I will recommend your site.
