I ordered 2 knives with engravings the knives are beautiful, nice finish the engraving is nice but could be darker. the general packaging is very solid on the other hand the packaging of the knife should be a little more elaborate like (cardboard box presentation) especially that these two knives will be gifts the packaging received is not chic at all!!!!

One of the worst customer services I know! Incorrect information about the delivery date is given on the homepage. When I ordered, I was told 1-3 days with express delivery. After ordering I receive an e-mail with a delivery in 8-10 days. Spent over 50 euros on express delivery for nothing. Customer service does not recognize any mistakes. Ordered there last time. If you could give 0 stars, I would. I will never order from such a fraudulent company again, even though I have already spent over 3000 euros on their products!

Delivery and site impec Pour les layole a monter soime il est dommage de ne pas avoir le choix de l'acier pour la lame je préfere en lame inox mat et j'ai changé les vis pour le manche car embout trop spécifique de meme j'aurais préféré une lame plus longue le chiix est trop limité dans cette gamme a monter soime c'est pour cela que je met 4 etoiles au lieu de 5 Mais j'ai eu le plaisir de le monter et j'ai mis un manche en orme aucune mauvaise critique juste des remarques
