Fast, well processed order: I had no complaints about the order: I was kept fully informed of its progress by e-mail, and it was dispatched very quickly. The only small drawback was the packaging of the knife-making kit: I hadn't asked for a gift pack, as I wanted to see the item before giving it as a present.
