I've found my Laguiole again: In 1986 I bought my first Laguiole.<br />In 2006 after a few incidents I no longer had it.<br />Then on your site, I ordered the same one.<br />I received it today. What a joy!

Wonderful. We came as a group, curious to find out how this famous knife we've heard so much about is made. The tour of the workshop and the commentaries explaining the various stages of manufacture were very interesting. The store is magnificent, allowing us to admire these beautiful knives. lack of detailed instructions: the Laguiole kit I bought is very good, it just lacks detailed instructions that would have prevented me from making mistakes in the sequence of things to do and given me more information for the final adjustment.
