I'm French, and proud of it. Cock-a-doodle-doo! I'm also a collector of French folding knives... So, Laguiole, I know it well. My knives sit in a display case. I just look at them, the wood has a soft, warm, even carnal look... Having traveled a bit, I've always praised Laguiole, but I only use my knives to open the mail! I pamper them. Your site is a bit cluttered. I'd like it to be more instinctive. As for the rest, everything's been perfect, with one drawback: the PDO! It's distressing to receive "Laguiole" as gifts with foie gras... Unfortunately, we can't rewrite history. So, long live the real knives, the ones we can only be very proud of. Happy cutting!

Always a pleasure to consult this site, already 2 orders to my credit. And this time a custom knife for my son. It's easy enough to choose and select the options, but a big plus would be the display at the end of the page of the realistic rendering of the knife with all the options selected. Even if, by looking at the available models, you can get an idea of what the final rendering will look like. A company that keeps on going and always presents new products, Bravo! The quality is there, and the price is in line with this quality and the product's durability! It was possible to change the billing address for a birthday present, but this address was not registered (no doubt thanks to a false move on my part...). I therefore had to phone them on the spot and I must say that the welcome was perfect and that all the changes were made so that my order was in line with my wishes. The delivery time was very, very fast (two days). So I'm as satisfied as ever.
