Repairing an old Laguiole: My bull's head Laguiole is old, the spring ended up breaking. <br />I contacted and emailed photos to Honoré Durand cutlery. The same day, I received a very clear and precise reply on how to send my knife for repair.<br />Two weeks later, I've just received it.<br />It's as good as new! One small drawback is that the website doesn't give much detail about the knife sizes associated with the storage sheaths. So I took a bit of a guess but I got it right....<br />Very high quality knives (2 bought recently) with a new blade whose alloy seems to be made to last.
