The site is very clear and allows you to choose the item you want with full knowledge of the facts. What's more, at certain times there's immediate help when difficulties arise, for example opening an account. If the item is not in stock, it is made. Items are packaged with the utmost care. I am completely satisfied with the two knives I ordered, which are magnificent. Having fallen in love with the company during my visit to the workshops, I'll be sure to visit the site again, because even though I've visited others, it's here, in the cutlery and blacksmith's shops, that I find the soul of Aubrac in a very complete offer.

Delivery and site impec Pour les layole a monter soime il est dommage de ne pas avoir le choix de l'acier pour la lame je préfere en lame inox mat et j'ai changé les vis pour le manche car embout trop spécifique de meme j'aurais préféré une lame plus longue le chiix est trop limité dans cette gamme a monter soime c'est pour cela que je met 4 etoiles au lieu de 5 Mais j'ai eu le plaisir de le monter et j'ai mis un manche en orme aucune mauvaise critique juste des remarques

I bought five knives from the head office in Laguiole, with perfect service from a young man called Hugo, who already knows his job very well. When I arrived in Montpellier, one was to be given as a gift to someone who didn't like the color at all, but they didn't hesitate to change it for me after I phoned them, even though the blade was engraved.
