I have just received your knife. As a machinist with 43 years' experience, precision is part of my job, and I'm used to seeing the little details. In short, I agree that your knife is almost perfect; some little details jumped out at me, but they're very minor for most people.<br />What I did notice was a small lack on the wood and a small gap between the wood and the brass. I can send you a photo.<br />I had asked for a razor sharpening, but it's not the case, and I'm going to do it myself.<br /><br />For the rest, the wood is superb, well polished, as is the brass, the engraving is perfect, and I don't regret my purchase, even though it cost me $264.00 with customs for a 100 Euros knife, and don't forget the perfect packaging and delivery.<br /><br />I showed it to a few knife fanatics like me, and they said Wow, that says it all!<br /><br />I'll probably buy another one from you this one was just a preview the knife of my dreams is the Yellow Gold - Mammoth Molar or similar custom.<br /><br />Thank you and don't take my comments the wrong way I may be too meticulous about precision work.<br /><br />See you next order.<br /><br />Réjean Talbot

First try: I say first try because it's the first time I've assembled a knife myself; but what a pleasure it was to shape it, even if I did make a few small errors of appreciation.<br />As for the "commercial" side, I have nothing to complain about; fast and serious service.<br />One small suggestion, however: you should count on more than the exact number of screws for assembly; these are fragile, and the heads of two of them got damaged before being screwed in completely.<br />So, two or three extra screws would be a good thing.
