Excellent product and web catalog, but packaging to be reviewed. Hello. The knives are as expected. Communication during purchase and package tracking is perfect. But the parcel is "over" packed. The whole box was wrapped in adhesive tape and even taking my time I couldn't find a "civilized" way to open it. Of course the parcel has to be well protected, but the experience of opening it is part of the pleasure of the purchase (example Apple products and Amazon shipments). I will recommend your site. Thank you and see you next time.

no sheath too bad: very good handling of my order.<br />only one downside: the lack of a sheath.<br />I had consulted other local manufacturer sites and the knives were sold with a sheath. I didn't notice that this knife didn't come with one.

Good but not excellent: The knife I ordered is well finished, but I would have liked even more attention to detail. Especially for a laguillole. What's more, I'd specified that it was for a gift, so there could have been a little extra box. But overall I'm satisfied.
