Ordering via the website was still a bit "bumpy"; for example, contrary to the description, no automatic order confirmation was sent to me by email. However, my written inquiry was answered immediately, comprehensively and in a very friendly manner - and in German too. Today, the knife I ordered arrived before the agreed date. I am thrilled! Looks great, works perfectly. Very pleasant to the touch and the wood smells good. The small, simple leather case is also neatly finished and the leather quality is good.
