super serious! Extremely satisfied with my order. I had made a mistake in the size of the case ordered at the same time as a knife. The problem was detected by layole before shipping and resolved after an exchange of emails. The icing on the cake: the extra cost due to a larger case size than ordered was offered as a commercial gesture!
