I called the after-sales service immediately and someone very kindly told me: "No problem, the change will be made", but when I received the knife, no change had been made... Very good, good product corresponding to the description: I ordered the Laguiole kit and received it on time, perfectly packaged.<br />As for assembly, it's not for a novice, it can't be done in 5 minutes, and you need a minimum of tools. Otherwise, the final result is good, it's a Laguiole. The juniper handle was a wise choice: easy to work with and a very pleasant scent! The only (small) disappointment is that the blade doesn't bear the engraving Honoré Durand, which leads me to believe that the parts may have come from elsewhere? But that won't stop me from ordering others to complete my collection, or for a gift, for example.
