Speed, packaging, product: everything is perfect! Just that I ordered a silicone stick with a hollow quartz handle to avoid rubbing noises (25€) and I received a suedecloth stick (12€).

Dear Valerie,
As we explained to you on the phone, after testing the bowl before sending, we deliberately chose to send you a mallet with a rubber ball rather than a silicone mallet. The suede mallet being for the other bowl purchased in your order. This choice was based on an optimum rendering of the sound on your vessel as the rubber has a better grip while removing the rubbing noises. I have sent you the quartz mallet you ordered. You will have the whole range of accessories!
