I bought a luminous bowl on December 9th and I was delivered very quickly. I also received the very beautiful and well-designed bag to store the bowl. I was entitled to free training but I still do not have access to this training on my account due to the new site that needed to be modified. I regret this because I am not able to make the bowl sing well and I was counting on this training to learn. I hope that the training tab will soon be on my account so I can access it. Indeed, it happens that the package is mistreated during transport or that a large heavy cardboard box falls on one of our packages with a bowl. Fortunately it is very rare!
We take out insurance to cover this risk (insurance that does not always work because carriers are always trying to avoid their liability...)
In all cases, we take our responsibility and the commitment to replace the broken bowl insofar as this was declared to us upon receipt with supporting photos. Which is your case. And we immediately sent you a new singing bowl at our expense.

The Fleur de Vie bowls are beautiful and give a vibrant, penetrating sound. The delivery was fast and without problems. I love the crystal sticks. I ordered the set of 3 bowls and in the picture there was a different stick than the ones I received. It was a stick with a round ball at the end and I ordered 2 more and received 3 straight sticks. The 3 crystal sticks are as I ordered but the disappointment comes from the other 3 that are different from those on your site.

And we don't redo the pictures every time a suede model changes. Especially since the latter are no longer of much interest compared to the silicone mallets we offer. These ones bring a soft play without any rubbing noise. Except for the struck sound where the suede offers a more sparkling and powerful sound.

The bowls are of quality, they are beautiful. The delivery is fast and the bowl is very well protected. This site is very serious, respectful of their promises. I am just a little disappointed about the training "apprentice sound", the 1st module very good for my part, module 2, ok but the rest a little too philosophical, even if it is important to understand what is the consciousness, mastery and intention (module 3). But having worked on it quite a bit, I feel like I'm stagnating. I was expecting something else. For all that their work is serious with many skills in the matter. Here is my opinion.

The 15 cm C# bowl is indeed the smallest quartz singing bowl that can sing. We have it made because it emits a pure and clear high octave 5 sound, without being aggressive and uncomfortable. It is used to be played by hand. On its base, it is very light and requires great dexterity to play it on the ground without making it move. Happy learning!

We thank you for your warm opinion. What you call a break is just an edge of the bowl not regular. We must not forget that crystal singing bowls are first of all laboratory quartz crucibles cut then sanded and then smoothed. They are manufactured products made by our craftsmen and some micro-imperfections appear especially when it is necessary to release a right note in 440 or 432 Hz with a long song and a perfect Sound. The pitch of an extremely compact and fragile instrument must be cut. So much for these few details on the complexity of making our collections.
