One bowls come demage :/ can be from departure company, but it not sounds good. Everything else is okey. .
Indeed, it happens that the package is mistreated during transport or that a large heavy cardboard box falls on one of our packages with a bowl. Fortunately it is very rare!
We take out insurance to cover this risk (insurance that does not always work because carriers are always trying to avoid their liability...)
In all cases, we take our responsibility and the commitment to replace the broken bowl insofar as this was declared to us upon receipt with supporting photos. Which is your case. And we immediately sent you a new singing bowl at our expense.
