I am very satisfied with my purchase via Cristal Vibration. The contact is pleasant, I was informed of each stages of the sending until has reception of the product. I take advantage of it. to specify that the sending was really fast (48h as announced what is extremely rare these days with other suppliers). The products were perfectly packaged and secured. They are very well made bowls with pleasant sounds. I already know that I will complete my collection crystal bowl with crystal vibrasons (and one day certainly a crystal harp with flower of life. One bowls come demage :/ can be from departure company, but it not sounds good. Everything else is okey. .
Indeed, it happens that the package is mistreated during transport or that a large heavy cardboard box falls on one of our packages with a bowl. Fortunately it is very rare!
We take out insurance to cover this risk (insurance that does not always work because carriers are always trying to avoid their liability...)
In all cases, we take our responsibility and the commitment to replace the broken bowl insofar as this was declared to us upon receipt with supporting photos. Which is your case. And we immediately sent you a new singing bowl at our expense.

The sacred geometric form is definitely ... sacred and the sound transports in a magnificent power and depth.
The Fleur de Vie bowls are beautiful and give a vibrant, penetrating sound. The delivery was fast and without problems. I love the crystal sticks. I ordered the set of 3 bowls and in the picture there was a different stick than the ones I received. It was a stick with a round ball at the end and I ordered 2 more and received 3 straight sticks. The 3 crystal sticks are as I ordered but the disappointment comes from the other 3 that are different from those on your site.
We thank you for your warm review of our "Flower of Life" set. Concerning, the accessories, we provide what we find the best among our many manufacturers. And we don't redo the pictures every time a suede model changes. Especially since the latter are no longer of much interest compared to the silicone mallets we offer. These ones bring a soft play without any rubbing noise. Except for the struck sound where the suede offers a more sparkling and powerful sound.
I am delighted with my choice of the "antares" bowl and I am getting to know it a little more every day. Delivery by the way fast 😉 I am following in parallel your training and everything is ok for me To be continued ... 🙂
