We take out insurance to cover this risk (insurance that does not always work because carriers are always trying to avoid their liability...)
In all cases, we take our responsibility and the commitment to replace the broken bowl insofar as this was declared to us upon receipt with supporting photos. Which is your case. And we immediately sent you a new singing bowl at our expense.
