Hello I am delighted with my purchase, the crystal bowl has a magnificent vibratory resonance. The only disappointment is that I thought I would receive it with a protective bag because this is what was specified in one of the presentation videos.

The order and the delivery went very well. The packaging, although imposing, provides maximum protection to the crystal harp during its transport. The sounds are magnificent. Small remark: it's a pity that the emails from the manufacturer concerning the delivery are written in Polish; I would have preferred in English because I didn't understand anything.
We are happy that this delicate shipment was perfectly done. For some very fragile models like this XXL harp, we prefer to have them shipped from our partner's workshop. It is safer and it limits the handling of the carriers who are not always respectful.
