We ordered vacuum bags and part of them was packed in a leftover unsealed box. These bags are for food use and this type of overpacking is not suitable for us in terms of hygiene and safety of the bag. I therefore express a reservation regarding their use. If their integrity has not been preserved and they turn out to be defective, I would request a refund. Thank you for ensuring that future deliveries include the ordered items in sealed and suitable boxes. Best regards, Sandrine Portalier

Regarding the delivery, I am satisfied, they are fast, I ordered dried basil but I am not happy with it, in the description the color was bright green, but the color of the delivered product does not meet my expectations and even the smell of the basil, personally I would not order again.
