The jacket I received corresponds to what I ordered. Nothing to say about the product. However, I have a slight impression of having narrowly escaped a scam... Hence the 3 stars. After a first order, I requested to return the jacket which was too large but too short. I did everything by the book by requesting a credit note to buy another jacket. A week later, having heard nothing, I contacted Guignard to find out if the package had arrived. I was told no and asked for the tracking number. Out of honesty, I told them that I had received the wrong proof of deposit at the post office and therefore did not know the tracking number. (This prevents any traceability) A week later, I was still told that my package had not arrived. Probably lost by the post office... I then turned to the post office without much hope since the condition for any coverage by the package insurance is to have the proof of deposit. After numerous attempts with different representatives and the support of the lady at the counter, the post office managed to find the number in question. And there, surprise: The package had arrived at Guignard a week ago... I then contacted Guignard by email to let them know that the post office confirmed the delivery. And there, within a minute, they replied that yes, indeed, the package had arrived and that they would issue me the credit note... Without explanations, without apologies... Guignard is not an Amazon depot, I doubt that a package of this size could go unnoticed when it arrives at their store. Maybe I'm wrong and I just happened to deal with the laziest person in this country, to the point that they didn't even have the strength to turn their head to see the package placed next to their desk... I am willing to be convinced by a sensible explanation. UPDATE I am modifying the end of my review because I just received a response and as I said: I am willing to be convinced... I also corrected the 2 weeks to 1 week. However, I still leave the 3 stars because in the end, you prefer to imply that I am the dishonest one rather than simply admitting that for the buyer (me) it is necessarily suspicious... It is still a substantial amount and precisely the week of Christmas...

You made a purchase on our site on 12/10/22, for two items, which you received on 12/14/22. You informed us of a return for a credit note for one of the two products, the package was delivered to the store on Saturday 12/17/22, however, we are a boutique and return packages are not processed on Saturdays. The return was only handled the following Monday, 12/19. You contacted us by email on 12/21 to find out if we had received the return package, a colleague replied no, on this point we agree he did not search correctly because the package was indeed received, but the week of Christmas is not the calmest week for purchases and returns, customers want all their packages before the 24th. We do not necessarily process returns as quickly as other weeks and we are truly sorry. As you noted so well, we are not Amazon and do our best to manage as best as we can. We processed your credit note on 12/23, you placed your new order the same day. So when you note that we kept the jacket for more than 2 weeks without giving you news, it is still more than exaggerated because we only had it in hand on Monday 12/19 and processed your credit note on 12/23, which is within 4 days!!! My order wasn't prepared until 9 September. And just today, a week after it was prepared and 16 days after my order date, my order has shipped. The service from Cuirs Guignard was okay even though they did initially give me the wrong tracking number. The item took about two weeks from placing the order to receiving it here in Australia which was okay. Unfortunately, the Sendra Boots I ordered had a fault in them. Not up to Sendra's usual standard. Very disappointing but not worth the effort to return from here in Australia. They should have been checked by Cuirs Guingnard before dispatching them to me.

Very disappointed with the size.. we received a size 40 which is too big, and returned a size 39 which is too small. Big problem when you see that size 40 is equivalent to 42 and size 39 to 36. So here we are, no shoes, but return fees of 17.. and therefore no solution. I think the manufacturer needs to review the sizes of the cowboy boots....
