Good product, except that it is not the requested color!!

Leather jacket received quickly. However, at first, I was disappointed because the leather received does not match the item ordered online in every way. Removable hood of a different color, different stitching on the jacket, additional snap, in short, it is different from the images on the site. I hesitated to get a refund but I eventually appreciated the differences. One piece of advice I would give to CUIRS GUIGNARD is to take photos of the leather jackets that match those sent...

I returned the jacket because I didn't like the two-tone gradient side, at my expense. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that for the next shipment since I am exchanging this jacket for another of the same color, the company would include a 'return voucher' in case of a new exchange. It might be wise to include said voucher from the start..

I wear a size 45, I ordered a 46. Unwearable boots! Tight everywhere. Scam! At this price? It's outrageous.

Good evening, I already sent you an email to cancel my order... I find it abnormal that a modern online sales site announces, I quote: "3 to 4 weeks of delivery, UNLESS in stock" and at the same time charges you 12€ for shipping (corresponding to the cost of a Chronopost and not a colissimo), and moreover immediately cashes the price of the ordered item. Either it is in stock, which should be the most logical and therefore deliverable in 48/72 hours and everyone is happy; or it is not. But in that case honesty would require that we be clearly informed before recording the order and not afterwards. This avoids wasting time!!! Now if you have gullible customers who accept to finance you for 3 or 4 weeks while waiting for you to bring the item from your supplier drop by drop, good for you. But I will not be one of those. Well-made site, fast parcel shipping by Colissimo with 12€ delivery fees. So far no problem except that the parcel never arrived at my home. The post office says it is in the process of redelivery, I received a notice in my mailbox but the parcel is nowhere to be found. I made a complaint to the Post Office but nothing is happening. Given the price of the order, I am quickly waiting for a response. What to do?

Jacket darker than the photo on the site. Good quality price ratio. Good quality leather. Down comes out of the lining. To see with time.

Down jacket at 330 euros received in 7 days but a bit tight with 1 sweater.. so returned and return costs at the customer's expense. That's 9.3 euros.. too bad at this price that the costs are not covered..

I ordered a leather jacket size M, it turns out that this jacket was really small (Size S or less and no larger size available) I returned it at my expense (15€) so I did not wish to exchange it for another model because if the size was still wrong, I would have to pay for the return again which increases the price of the jacket each time.

Very nice leather, however the jacket really runs very small. I wear a M in all brands, I took an L to be comfortable and it is still too small.

Regarding the quality of the jacket, impeccable, but 12 euros for shipping plus 16 euros 50 for the return is a bit expensive for a jacket whose measurements are not respected. I myself have a jacket size 7 XL and yours is missing almost 20 cm.

The leather ordered does not match the photo published on the Cuirs Guinard site. The color did not match at all. The texture of the leather was of very poor quality, not uniform, with many imperfections like wrinkling, as well as the way at the seams. The thickness of the leather resembled more of cigarette paper than lamb as specified on the page. In short, compared to the price requested, 239€ for a women's jacket, one could say that there is deception regarding the merchandise.

Leather garment ordered in black and delivered with an invoice clearly stating a black garment except that inside the package is a brown garment. Too lazy to return everything and the garment is nice also in brown but lacks seriousness in the packaging service.

Despite our precise measurements info, hip 90cm added to the order of a T.40, we received, without prior contact, pants with a 78cm hip circumference without size, material, or manufacturer labels sewn on the reverse...! Just a handwritten T.40 label tied to a belt loop. A double manifest error that the seller refused to admit, questioning the probity supported by the client's evidence, while boasting their professionalism! The 501 style is only partly "the 501 style" because it's lower-waisted and not Regular at all. No one is immune to an error, you just need to know how to recognize it commercially. Purchase fully refunded, fortunately.
