present at my home but not delivered

The boots are good and comfortable, I think they run a bit large, I wanted all-leather shoes, that's fine but the rubber protective soles are too thick and give a somewhat cheap finish.

I find that for the price!!! The quality of the leather is not optimal. The cut is nice but I find the leather very very thin which suggests a very quick wear of certain elements of the blazer. I admit I was very surprised by the weight, expecting to have a leather that holds well and that is not the case, mainly due to the thinness of the product. I was planning to buy a three-quarter for this winter, but now I am in a phase of reflection.

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband's birthday and we received 2 boots of 2 different models. An unacceptable oversight.

In search of red cowboy boots, I thought I found my happiness on the Cuirs Guignard site. The delivery was quick, the payment in three installments is a plus, but the shipping costs are quite high. Upon receipt, disappointment, not on the product, superb, but on the size and fit. The boots are too big (+ or - one size too much) and especially too wide. They seem to be sized for a man's foot, while they appear in the women's boots search. Not being convinced that a smaller size would make a difference in width, I preferred to return them and request a refund, which was done quickly and without problem. Another small downside, for the return we were asked to include the invoice, impossible to find out how to download it from my account. I had to copy/paste the page, not very practical... In summary, good products, good customer service, but a lack of information in the descriptions.

Sewing at the button level not good enough, meaning poorly sewn, had to redo everything otherwise it's fine

Too long, it has been 7 days since my order was placed and when calling customer service, they tell me that delivery will only be made in 1 week. So if it goes as agreed, it will have taken 15 hours to get a jacket, while on other orders it arrives 2 days later

The bank check is refused as a means of payment.

Delivery times quite long, relatively high shipping costs, return for exchange at your expense, but the product corresponds to its description.

The jacket is of good quality, nothing to say about the leather, but very poorly sized for a 6XL. I already have 2 quality leathers of this size, bought elsewhere, and these 6XL are much larger and more comfortable to wear.

I am asked to judge, impossible since after more than 8 days not delivered. Colissimo?? nonsense, I don't even know where my purchase is. Product quality may be good, but how to give an appreciation without having only tried what was bought.

Package ordered on 01/01/2019, to this day still not received my package.

Too long for delivery. When I ordered, it was not indicated before adding to the cart that the delay was 3 weeks, otherwise I would not have validated my order. I find that not great, that's all.

Mr. Germann, now I want to share an important piece of information following my second delivery for a defective item nothing was offered to me not even a commercial gesture except for the refund after a certain time shameful I do not recommend.

Deadlines not respected, but in the end, that's not the worst. The jacket is damaged with tears on the back and on the collar, black marks everywhere. Given the price of the item, I expected more care and respect. The leather is of good quality, but the people who handled it did not respect anything.

The product meets expectations. There should be more pickup points: too far to go get it.

Very nice boots, as per the displayed model but had to take them to the cobbler to soften the leather, so stiff that it's impossible to put them on.

Very good product. Beautiful leather, well packaged. However, the color in the photos is not the same in reality. In the photos, with the light, I was buying a CAMEL leather bag while it is actually shiny brown.

The jacket is of good quality but is not very well sized.

If nothing can be reproached regarding the shipping and packaging, on the other hand, it is quite different for the received garment: Three-quarter leather men's down jacket "101086" from the brand "DAYTONA", having ordered size 3XL after a phone exchange regarding my size, it turned out that I could not wear this item, the sleeves being way too tight?! Too bad because overall the garment exuded quality. No issues regarding the refund. HC

The leather is of excellent quality, however the zippers are poorly made (on the first use of the right sleeve, I ended up with it in my hand I tried to repair it myself but it broke. So it's dead for customer service, I'll see how I will manage). Otherwise the delivery service is quite long but it's understandable since some products are made to order. I think it's a very good site, I just had bad luck and that unfortunately happens

Unfortunately the item was too large at the sleeves. I have to return it and the shipping costs are at my expense... very bad point compared to other e-commerce sites.

Beautiful leather and quality, the only negative point of the order is the delivery, order made on the 17th sent on the 22nd received on the 25th but no email or SMS to inform that the package had arrived at the relay point, I ended up calling the relay point who told me that my package was indeed available and yet on the package tracking it was still in the mail center 14 while the package had arrived for 2 days. At the price of jackets, delivery could be free or of better quality by going through Chronopost and not Colissimo.

Very beautiful product. You are very responsive to the questions I could ask you by email. I received it on time for my husband. The only small downside is that I expected to receive the jacket in a cover to protect it in addition to the bag. But otherwise, I recommend you 100%.

The jacket in size M is way too small and in L way too big.. However, the salespeople are very available and kind.

so I come back after wearing my cobalt Redskins jacket "RIVAS ROCHO" for three months, well three months...... it looks more like ten years given the ultra premature wear of the jacket. at the level of the sleeves, among other things, not only has the color already faded, but the leather's crust has also come off, I think holes will soon appear. to be sure I took out two old jackets worn each for a good ten years and there is no comparison. and if that were not enough, the more I look at this jacket, the more I find snags and a bunch of little holes in the crust, collected haphazardly. I skip over the lining which is sagging and the inner pocket which does not stay in place. at times I wonder if I was not sold a second-hand jacket. so to make it short, I do not recommend Redskins jackets which are borderline low-end.

Still no news about the order.

The return shipping costs are not great. I will not recommend.

Ordered Daytona Collins dark cognac leather jacket, delivery quite fast despite the weekend and the holiday. Jacket, beautiful leather quite thick, nice color. 1.80m 74kg size XL just right. Zipper unstitched by 2 cm at the bottom right, sewn back by me by hand with a good needle a solid thread, and a pliers, too bad! It was the last one!!

Order processing and delivery = excellent. The images on the site are misleading: color distorted. A bit disappointed with the item.

Bought leather 2xl does not fit too small even though I provided all the requested measurements, it was marked on the ad that they would check so I returned it a week ago following the procedure and still nothing. The sizes do not correspond to any other brand, you need to plan 3 to 4 sizes up, I am disappointed

Good and fast but a bit small in size

When wet, the leather bleeds black! Worse, the inside fabric bleeds too, I am disgusted! Long live Chinese suppliers (following the email below, I will detail what happened to me... after exchanging for a size up, I will leave a comment, a review where I am very satisfied... but here it is, a very strong smell similar to leather is coming from the product, and I put it for a while in the bathroom, unable to stand it anymore... then last night I had the idea to take the shower head and quickly pass it under cold water as if I had been caught in the rain to lessen the smell... and there, to my surprise, I saw the water dripping with a deep black as if I was removing shoe polish and unfortunately also saw red to my astonishment, coming from having accidentally wet the inside.... both the outside and the inside bled with just a simple jet of water.... I dare not imagine what would have happened to me in a real rain ruining jeans, shoes, and what to think of the inner fabric that could have ruined a shirt or t-shirt or worse, soaked into my skin without knowing if the product would have been harmful or not for my health! ... I reported this to the site which tells me they cannot refund me and are surprised that I could throw it in the trash..... would you have kept such a product??? I am extremely disappointed! I thought I had found a very good site and even thought of recommending a three-quarter jacket for my next Christmas, but instead, I have to realize that I was simply deceived and that the supplier must be located far from France! Obviously, they will not refund without the product returned, and that angers me even more... because beyond this purchase, I had also bought two pairs of shoes elsewhere to match.... make your purchase on this site if you want... but I swear I will never do it again....)

Unacceptable to receive a jacket with glue stains for 300€!!!

I can only judge the shipment since the leather is a Christmas gift and I haven't unwrapped it, a gift package would have been welcome

Quality product but imperfections in the fur regarding the maintenance of the hairs and their fluidity (unsightly scattered tips causing rebellious spikes)

Good quality products. Serious site. However, the clothing sizes are very large. Take one size smaller than usual.
