Hello. Very nice quality of the leather, however a small downside on the finishing of the pair of half cowboy boots that I bought, a slight tilt on one of the heels towards the back of it.

4 stars instead of 5, because at the time of ordering there is no information on the immediate availability of the product. Indicated delay for available item (about 5 days) so one can imagine making a birthday gift for a planned date. But if the item is not available, it’s 3 weeks. Incompatible for a gift. Suggestion: indicate on the product sheet the availability according to size.

I ordered some boots which have still not arrived. I paid all the charges on the website. I have now received a letter from a delivery company saying I have to pay a whopping £102 in customs and excise charges to receive the parcel. There is no mention of this on the transaction. I am waiting for someone to get back to me. I would have never ordered the boots if I knew this. Update: Cuirs Guignard have responded have have helped with the cost of the Customs Duty and clearance tax which I got charged, I paid the VAT. So I'm very appreciative of their response. Thank you, good customer service.

The delivery was fast, the jacket seems to be of good quality. I waterproofed the leather and the hood, no issues with the rain. I leave for work at 3am by bike for the cold, no issues either. I am very satisfied with my purchase. For the negative points I would say: 1. The leather seems a bit thin compared to my old jacket 2. The inner pockets are not deep enough for my taste (they don't close with a phone inside) 3. It's a size L but personally I find it more like a size M, my old size L jacket is much wider and I can wear something thick underneath, with this one it's not the case. For the positive points: 1. The seams seem very sturdy 2. The coat remains light (I prefer heavier ones but a light jacket is nice) 3. Really warm 4. The hood is deep and really protects well from the rain and wind 5. The zippers for closing the pockets (with a small leather band so you don't scratch your cold hands on the icy metal) 6. Deep pockets on the chest 7. The price! The coat has a really nice price considering the quality (now let's see over time)

Hello, I ordered a leather backpack "zeffy" from "cuirs-Guignard! I received the model from the photo on the site but a "VERA PELLE" "MORA" - Genuine Italian luxury leather bag made in Italy. I thought I was buying French and I received Italian, while nothing on the site specifies it. On the contrary, everything suggests that this bag is made by Guignard. I am a bit disappointed on this point even if the bag is superb! It would be good to specify it on your site. Best regards.

Of course, it is an online purchase and you cannot try it on. The order processing and shipping were efficient and quick. However, the product is too large and in my opinion does not correspond to the measurements given in the size chart. Way too big and return too complicated.
