The problem with this company is that you place an order, everything goes well, and then no news for tracking. You are not kept informed of delivery times. I am a customer with them and I have already made this remark, but apparently, no improvement on this point. Otherwise, beautiful quality leather. Hello, could you give us more details? We have no order or information about you. Please note that when a customer places an order, they receive their order confirmation, their payment receipt, then just an email for the preparation of the parcel and its shipment with the colissimo link, and finally from the post office, confirming that the parcel has been dropped off and the day before delivery. For us, we find that there is enough information on the processing of the order. The delivery time is indicated on the product sheet; if there is a longer delay or other issues, the customer is informed, but if the parcel is prepared within 2/3 days, indeed there is just the shipping email. A little update since your indications of order number, name, etc., you indeed placed an order for a custom product, as indicated on the product sheet, and we inform of a delay of 15 days/3 weeks; you had all the information, what more to note or say, Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Too bad there is no half size.. One foot stronger than the other for me, so I had to have them adjusted by a shoemaker for the right foot.. Right foot too big.. Ah my taste beautiful cowboy boots, nice finish, good leather, but not comfortable, to see with time.. mandatory to put insoles inside

Deadlines respected. Disappointed by the product upon receipt, not by the quality but by the visual aspect which I did not like. I contacted customer service, and I had a very professional interlocutor with whom I settled the terms of the product exchange. Speed, efficiency, kindness, and professionalism were present. I appreciated the quick turnaround, the quality of the product, and the return and refund process. Unfortunately, I had to return the product that didn't fit me. My complaint is that despite the measurements requested during the order, no one told me that my usual size would not fit. I think the clothing runs large and for me, there was no smaller size. Too bad! Other than that, a serious company that I recommend.

I have not received my order yet, so this is not a comment on your products. I am happy to do a product review once I receive my order. My order date is 31 August. My order wasn't prepared until 9 September. And just today, a week after it was prepared and 16 days after my order date, my order has shipped. I've received 2 rating requests since I placed my order, so I am giving the feedback. Still very excited for my order. But shipping 16 days after my order date is very long. And I'm still not sure when delivery is expected, hoping delivery date will soon be available too.

The service from Cuirs Guignard was okay even though they did initially give me the wrong tracking number. The item took about two weeks from placing the order to receiving it here in Australia which was okay. Unfortunately, the Sendra Boots I ordered had a fault in them. Not up to Sendra's usual standard. Very disappointing but not worth the effort to return from here in Australia. They should have been checked by Cuirs Guingnard before dispatching them to me.
