Leather jacket received quickly. However, at first, I was disappointed because the leather received does not match the item ordered online in every way. Removable hood of a different color, different stitching on the jacket, additional snap, in short, it is different from the images on the site. I hesitated to get a refund but I eventually appreciated the differences. One piece of advice I would give to CUIRS GUIGNARD is to take photos of the leather jackets that match those sent...

Very beautiful jacket, and impeccable service. I communicated by email, via the site, with the store, after receiving a jacket that was too small and I was able to easily exchange it at no extra cost, following the very good advice from the sellers regarding the size to take. I recommend without hesitation!

I returned the jacket because I didn't like the two-tone gradient side, at my expense. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that for the next shipment since I am exchanging this jacket for another of the same color, the company would include a 'return voucher' in case of a new exchange. It might be wise to include said voucher from the start..

My order (3 items) was delivered in 2 packages over 5 days! Perfect! Quality packages, shopping bag and hanger provided, and secured via Colissimo with a code to give for delivery. Perfect items, good cut, good size in XL on a bomber jacket. Very good quality leather backpack, well made. The photos on the Guignard site perfectly match the ordered and received items. This website is now in my favorites because after seeing my first order, well... I will place a second order! Thanks to Ets Guignard, to the team, from order to delivery and with a little note included with my order! Thank you & SEE YOU SOON!
