Beautiful leather and quality, the only negative point of the order is the delivery, order made on the 17th sent on the 22nd received on the 25th but no email or SMS to inform that the package had arrived at the relay point, I ended up calling the relay point who told me that my package was indeed available and yet on the package tracking it was still in the mail center 14 while the package had arrived for 2 days. At the price of jackets, delivery could be free or of better quality by going through Chronopost and not Colissimo.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, You indeed placed your order on the 17th, we shipped it on the 22nd and we sent you an email on your order tracking to inform you of the shipment and also to provide you with the tracking number. You can thus follow the progress of your package day by day from this link. However, it happens that emails arrive in your spam or that the email address is incorrect and unfortunately we cannot know. Moreover, you must necessarily receive an SMS or an email from the post office notifying you of the deposit at the relay point, it is strange that you received nothing. We are really sorry for this mishap and are happy that the leather suits you. Best regards. ETS GUIGNARD

On 31/07, order of a pair of Mayura 2374 in size 38 (I usually wear size 37.5). On August 14, receipt. Very beautiful quality cowboy boots and conforming to the description. I still bought a pair of insoles to be even more comfortable (: A 5-star rating for Cuirs Guignard! I also want to thank the team as the phone reception was top-notch (besides the advice regarding the shoe size, a little reminder was made to inform me of the shipment of my order). I recommend!

Excellent experience Following the size guide provided on the product sheet of the blazer I bought, the model I received is just perfect, I probably wouldn't have chosen another one in the store after trying it on. The quality of the blazer itself (from the Guignard brand) is excellent, I am really very happy with my purchase.

Finally a store that also dresses plus sizes. I chose a sporty jacket model for women size 52, and the size, as well as the cut, are perfect. The quality of the leather is flawless, very supple and of a beautiful, very uniform cognac shade. Really a beautifully made item at the right price (around 300 Euros). The delivery was quick. I recommend this store to everyone.

Very beautiful product. You are very responsive to the questions I could ask you by email. I received it on time for my husband. The only small downside is that I expected to receive the jacket in a cover to protect it in addition to the bag. But otherwise, I recommend you 100%.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, Thank you very much for your message, we want to clarify that we do not provide covers, we are not in favor of that. Leather garments should not be put under covers, they must absolutely breathe, do not enclose them. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Boots well received, despite a loss of the order at the sorting center of the post office. However, good quality of the product, good size, but care instructions for the product in all languages except French. Best regards. Christophe BUDZYNSKI
