Hello, We are really sorry if the product does not fit, this little Oakwood perfecto is one of the flagship pieces of the collection. We inform our customers very clearly on our site that return shipping costs are at their expense, it is noted in the general sales conditions and in the explanation on product returns. But we specify, however, that if you return the order for cancellation, we refund the product and also the shipping costs of 12 € charged at shipment, so you only have the return costs incurred and not the shipping and return.
