Sometimes it is important to highlight excellence when we encounter it. This review only reflects my experience. Item ordered and shipped the next day to be received the day after. In perfect condition but too large. Return made for exchange and as soon as the package is received at Cuir Guignard, an email is sent to us and the package follows. The quality of the items is really top-notch. It's clear, it's fast and efficient. To nitpick; sizes could be more explicit on the site or an indication could appear when an item is a bit larger. Also, the hanger was forgotten during the return of my second item. Aside from these details, it's absolutely perfect.

Very friendly and competent phone reception staff. Alteration service with free return. I also benefited from a refund of a third of the price because I had purchased a few days before the sales.
