Extra customer service at the Nantes store. They had boots sent from the La Rochelle store in several sizes so I could try them on in Nantes. In the end, I took the boots... and a nice Daytona Classic style jacket... Good advice, good mood: I highly recommend.

A bit early for you to evaluate since I still haven't received my order. It was specified that if the item was not in stock there would be a delay of one month so I deduced that it was in production.

Response to my request was very quick and correct. Both in terms of size and model choice. I am delighted with the quality and beauty of the leather of these cowboy boots. My usual size fits. I will gladly order again. The sellers at the Nantes store are very friendly. Too bad they don't have cowboy boots!

A jacket slightly too tight upon receipt, a very responsive, pleasant and efficient team to find the larger size even though it was not displayed in the catalog, and in the end an exchange in 4 days flat. What more can I say... I recommend.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We have taken your feedback into account. As indicated on the product sheets, the deadlines are stated and we remain at your disposal by email and/or phone if needed. The boots and belts are made in Spain, so there is an approximate delay due to transport which is completely normal. The deadlines are respected but we are unfortunately dependent on transport and delivery times. We inform all our customers with the colissimo number as soon as it is shipped so they can track the shipment and be aware of the position of their package at any given moment. We remain at your disposal and listening if needed. Best regards.
