The label 'PATROUILLE DE FRANCE' is a registered trademark at the INPI and cannot be used for commercial purposes without formal authorization from the air force. I was responsible for public relations for the air force and particularly for the Patrouille de France and I know what I'm talking about since I was the one who imposed that the Patrouille de France label be protected and not used for commercial purposes. This label was therefore registered at the INPI by the Association of Former Members of the Patrouille de France, which is the sole holder of this label and its use.
