If it had been possible, I would have given 5/5 for the efficiency of online shopping and the refund after returning my order. I was disappointed upon receiving the item because the size did not match (I followed the size guide) and the design of the garment: a skirt impossible to wear due to lack of opening at the bottom, which prevents taking a normal step.

Hello, you ordered a pair of cowboy boots on November 1st, a public holiday (+ the day before the weekend), we took it into account on Monday, November 4th. As indicated on our site, you should allow 15 days / 3 weeks for delivery. The order has therefore been in progress for only a week and we inform you that it is being prepared for shipment today or tomorrow at the latest.
