Overall satisfied with the communication from the seller with me and the quality of the purchased item (Schott). However, before ordering, I took the time to provide the seller with all the measurements he requested, along with a diagram (front-back-sleeve) of a jacket that fit me very well in terms of size with very precise measurements. He directed me to an XL... Trusting him, I ordered this recommended size which ultimately was too small for me... So return at my expense: exchange for the larger size...
