Having ordered a Bishop leather size M too tight, I went to exchange it in Mauleon at the central store. The beauty of the leathers, the variety of models, their number, and the kindness of the staff seduced me to the point of buying a very elegant top-notch leather jacket.

Good reaction from the Guignard leather teams for a quality problem (bad collar shape for Schott Perfecto) with handling of the return and sending a new model. At the same time, I am a satisfied 'customer' with already 3 jackets bought

The site perfectly reproduces the colors: no unpleasant surprises. The same goes for the size. However, an improvement could be made: the items selected as a first intention should be able to be set aside for another time if not selected this time; One should not permanently lose the pre-selection.

Order placed online but jacket fits too small. I returned it to the store where a larger size had been set aside. A very professional welcome and quality service. Thank you!
