Nevertheless, this defect is particularly annoying when no solution is in sight!

This is a bag from the Hexagona brand with which we have been working for a while, it is one of the flagship products and we have not had any remarks. You can definitely return it to us for an exchange or a refund. After all, leather always has a smell, you will smell it much less than when the product is new but it is not an unpleasant smell.
