I understand, these delays do not meet our standard and it is legitimately frustrating.
Our workshop is going through a growth period, amplified by the success of our latest seasonal editions, which temporarily extends our usual delays. Our promise remains to ship any order placed before 1 PM on a business day the same day, and it is precisely to keep this promise that we are adjusting the team at the moment. A new person joined us last week and is currently in training, the normal pace will be regained very soon.

Good evening, I am furious about the delivery my package was delivered 20km from my home, I contacted Mondial Relay to have it delivered to the lockers originally planned, I have been waiting for my product since the order on 10/04 I had to buy a product elsewhere in the meantime.

Nothing to say about the package itself, but the announced delivery time and the actual delivery time are not the same. I expect a fairly quick delivery to receive the products for the competition and unfortunately received well after.

Our shampoos are intentionally formulated without thickening agents. The thicker shampoos that are usually found owe their consistency to texturizing agents that do not add anything to the effectiveness of the product. With us, what is in the bottle are the active ingredients, not fillers.
For optimal use, two methods we recommend. Pour a dose into a bucket, foam with a jet and apply with a sponge on the coat. Or use a jet system with an integrated shampoo reservoir, very practical and economical, the fluid texture is perfect for this type of application. In both cases, diluting before use is the right practice, it optimizes the foam, distribution, and consumption of the product.
By the way, we will soon submit the question to our community to see if this texture is appreciated or if you prefer us to thicken it. Your feedback matters

On one of my recent orders, I was indeed disappointed to see that I was missing a product. I know this happens to everyone, but since it was a limited edition product, I thought there would surely be no more stock by the time I went through the process to make my request to customer service. Fortunately, it was more fear than harm, the Cura team is really very pleasant and the situation was quickly resolved, with a very warm response. I can't wait to receive my two new products. Purifying clay for hooves: I find no effectiveness in this product. No effect on slightly rotten hooves. Given the price, it's disappointing. I also had a detangler whose spray was defective and therefore unusable... at the price of the detangler, it's also disappointing.

We are well aware that our packaging can be sensitive, and we want to inform you that it is set to evolve soon. Furthermore, some fragrances may react to negative temperatures, which can affect the spray. However, with the solution provided by customer service, the product remains completely usable and functional, without losing any of its benefits. This issue will definitely be resolved by next winter.

I ordered several products. The cleansing clay for hooves is really easy to apply, and I saw a beautiful difference on my horses' feet. As for the detangler, when I used it on my horses, I noticed an incredible shine! But I thought there must be chemicals to achieve such results. Finally, upon analyzing the composition, it turns out that all the ingredients are natural, so it's really a great product! For now, among the scents tested, my favorite is 'passion fruit'. Just a small downside regarding the containers, I often have a bit of trouble spraying properly, sometimes very little liquid comes out, it's not a very practical spray, let's say.
