My first order was in January and since then, I keep repurchasing from this site. The scents are just great, the quality is exceptional, and the customer service is top-notch! Thank you so much for creating this brand that I rely on daily and without which my horse wouldn't smell as good! I am extremely excited to receive my package! Thank you again for this crazy work you do every day that allows us to pamper our animals this way. Thank you, thank you, I wouldn't change brands of care for anything in the world (as a little anecdote, I have already cried like a baby because someone used my detangler behind my back. I understand, how to resist?)

Responsive team on delivery due to urgent need. Product is in progress so no feedback on effectiveness yet but easy to give directly in the mouth.

Very good product, easy to use with a light scent that my dog easily accepts. Very effective, since I started using it Louna no longer has ticks and yet before every walk in the forest I would remove at least ten! I recommend!

Always so satisfied with all the products from this brand. Special mention for their clay range, which smells divine and comes off in 3 minutes flat whether with a brush or water jet.
