Regarding the Detangler & polishing bottle, your remark is legitimate and we prefer to be transparent: this container and its spray head are new in the range, and we have received some feedback. Two points have been identified. First, failing spray heads, on a minority of bottles, for which we are awaiting feedback from our supplier. Secondly, we noticed that the stick does not reach the bottom of the 500 ml bottle, which prevents it from drawing the product once the level is lowered. Our supplier will conduct tests to ensure this issue is resolved for good.

In any case, this type of concern is taken care of on our side: write to us at [email protected] with your order number, we will find a solution with you. There is no reason for you to be left with a spray bottle that doesn't work.

The mention on the bottle describes a window of full effectiveness, ranging from 4 to 10 hours depending on heat, sweating, and the activity of the animal: the hotter it is and the more it works, the shorter this duration is towards the lower end of the range. Beyond that, the protection does not stop abruptly, it decreases gradually, which characterizes a plant-based repellent, chosen for its skin tolerance.

Two usage points weigh as heavily as the product itself. The Repellent is a biphasic formula, to be shaken before each use so that the active ingredient is distributed, and it is sprayed at a short distance in sufficient quantity to really cover the area. Its action being the shortest of the two, it is renewed daily and after each effort, shower, or heavy rain. The Repellent Oil, on the other hand, works differently: it is important to massage it well so that it penetrates the tissues, and this gives it a hold of 2 to 3 days on the most attacked areas, the chest, the belly line, and the head. Deposited on the surface without being massaged, it loses most of its duration.
