I have received my package on time but there is a problem because the jersey I ordered does not match the chosen item at all, however good communication and response regarding the return of the package. I think they should have informed the customer that the jersey was no longer available instead of sending a lesser one, not very cool! Especially at the high prices. Attention! to misleading advertising, it can cost you.

Very disappointed with my last two orders. Each time, some items advertised as available at the time of purchase turned out to be unavailable, which led to incomplete deliveries. Regarding the refund, it even took two operations due to an error during the first refund. The most frustrating part is that these items were intended for a cycling event, and I never received them in time for the event. After two consecutive bad experiences, I no longer think I will order from this site. Too bad, as I was expecting a more reliable service.

Disappointed twice. First time I paid and then I was told it was unavailable and offered a much more expensive item, for me this is forced selling. Second order, protective frame tape sent in a simple bag, Result tape arrived crushed and marked so difficult to apply and a disappointing result. And they don't even apologize after reporting the problem.
