For the 2nd time, Nutrition products received on the sell-by date. Lamentable to empty their mail order stock.

Buongiorno. articolo acquistato qualitativamente ottimo, il marchio di per sé è già una garanzia a prescindere. Mediamente soddisfatto sul prezzo dell' articolo acquistato che inizialmente era conveniente ma al momento del pagamento è aumentato rispetto alla cifra del carrello. Spese di spedizione inizialmente gratuite poi rivelatesi onerose spiegate in qualche termine di vendita poco evidente (comunque alte rispetto alla concorrenza sempre estera) . Tempi di consegna poco rispondenti alle promesse, dovuto forse alla scelta dello spedizioniere locale (poste) utilizzato, ma soprattutto ad un errore di gestione passaggio consegna da spedizioniere d'oltralpe a corriere sul territorio italiano dell'ultimo tratto.
Giudizio globale dunque medio. A mio modesto parere c è margine di miglioramento per le vendite verso altri paesi. Cordiali Saluti.

Store that no longer responds to emails when requested, I had to pay 2× customs fees (dom Tom) because they sent my package in 2 parts. No reply since, I'm not going to call them again but believe me I'm far from recommending this site. It's absurd to see this in 2022...

A disaster! No seriousness Late delivery and then an error on the article.explanations they reversed the labels.... I end up with another customer's shoes and vice versa. 2 weeks and nothing and zero commercial friendliness on the phone. I have to return the parcel and I'll be reimbursed ... because the reverse is not possible due to customers claiming to be profiteers, they prefer to avoid non-returns. So we pay and it's up to us to prove our good faith.
In short, if you're not in a hurry and aren't looking for a specific pair and especially a specific size, order with your eyes closed.

The site is well done, the order, payment and tracking are correct and I award for that, 5 stars On the other hand and it's a shame the delivery time exceeds 20 days and I award for that 3 stars .

I ordered the Scott Boa Lady 2022 model, on 27/08/2022, I received an email from Patricia from cycles et sport customer service telling me that this model was no longer available, and she offered me the 2021 model for 12.01€ less, which I accepted. to date, I have not received a refund for this difference and my invoice has not been rectified, it is the 2022 model whereas I received the 2021 model. waiting for a return

On the Cycles et sports website, the technical data sheet mentions a patented clip-on visor, which was not included in the parcel. The day I received it, I e-mailed the store. 7 days later, no reply. It's common courtesy to send a reply to your customers. First and last time I order on this site.

Disappointed with the delivery times. I had to call again to find out the status of my order.

I'm very unhappy, what shorts I ordered that were on the photo on the site and that say to be official and original ..... this is not the case !!!! not in design and even less in quality!!! what I received is a simple lycra of poor quality, I have already sent an email to complain and they say that the photos on the site are not contractual .... as I believe that the original athletes would never be so mediocre .... the image must be correct and not fake and of mediocre quality, the price was 72.00€ and said original .... it was not what I expected, I feel cheated !!!

After opening the parcel post, I noticed that the Speedplay box containing the pedals was not sealed. As the pedals were impeccable, I was not suspicious. A few days later, I noticed that I couldn't adjust the small screws on the shims that set the angular freedom. Had the original shims been replaced, before a store return, mystery? All I had to do was order a new set of shims, a loss of 49.49 euros.

It would be great if the sizes of cycling vests corresponded to reality. At GOBIK wholesalers, you have to take a size larger than your usual size or you'll have to send the item back at our expense JPD
