Delivery time not respected without customer information. When I contacted customer service, I had to contact them several times, and the customer service route is not smooth. I had also asked to be kept informed of the receipt of stock to have an idea of how long it would take to receive my order, but this commitment was not kept. Too bad. Customer experience marred by logistical problems poorly managed by the site's customer service.

Price ok , packaging ok having ordered. 2 white cans and received 2 black cans, a little disappointed but the quality is top I contacted customer service who offered to send them back at their expense but for two cans for me it was easier to keep them hoping that it does not happen again.

When I placed my order, I found the online staff very responsive. The only downside was the delivery time. My order stayed at Cycle et sport for 1 week before being delivered. The site is really well designed and the choice is quite extraordinary.
